Guided Adventure Swims
In either the sea around the coastline, to an island and back or just around a bay. You could also swim in one of our peaceful fresh water lochs.

Cold Water Immersion Therapy
Short, snappy sessions to introduce people to cold water and to reap the benefits that cold water may bring. 30 mins.

Open Water Swim
Coaching Sessions
1 to 1 or small group sessions. One hour duration throughout the year. Suitable for beginners (must be able to swim) as well as those who want to develop their technique and distance. Race training and preparation.

Stand Up Paddle Boarding
SUP the North Coast. Explore the secluded remote island beaches and inlets. Jump in for a swim in the cool waters.
